George Harris has filed an Open Meeting Law complaint against the Wayland Surface Water Quality.

From the WSWQC: “This is a complaint that the Wayland Surface Water Quality Committee (Committee) violated the Open Meeting Law, G. L. c. 30A, §§ 18-25, at its meeting on September 5, 2012, when it (1) failed to follow proper procedures for remote participation and (2) deliberated on topics that had not been described in the meeting notice with sufficient specificity to reasonably advise the public of issues to be discussed.”
