Wayland Town Crier 10/7/12: Wayland Cub Scouts preview Town Center project. Fifth-grade Cub Scouts from Pack 88 were excited about their recent opportunity to visit the Town Center project. To earn their Engineer Pin, Scouts toured the construction site and learned about the professions of engineer, surveyor and architect. Frank Dougherty, director of development for KGI Properties, facilitated the visit to this 374,500-square-foot mixed-use project, which was originally permitted in 2006 and is scheduled to open this fall.
