Framingham Town Meeting rejects chemical measure

Wayland Town Crier 9/12/12: Framingham Town Meeting rejects chemical measure. Special Town Meeting on Monday slammed resident Steve Hakar's bid for the town to strictly control how chemicals are put down on properties.
Members rejected Hakar's citizen petition 110-0, calling it a poorly written article that they feared could backfire and cost the town millions of dollars.
