Wayland Patch 8/22/12: Wayland High School Distributes Laptops for 1:1 Initiative. It’s been several years in the making, but students at Wayland High School will each have their own MacBook Air computers when classes resume in September. Achieving the 1:1 Laptop Initiative may have taken some years, but now that it’s in place, the process of distributing those laptops to students had to be developed in a matter of a few months. And, so far, the process has gone swimmingly.
