Wayland residents get feedback on proposed ‘Finnerty’s Village’

Wayland Town Crier 7/29/12: Wayland residents get feedback on proposed 'Finnerty's Village'. The town’s Design Review Board met with residents Jesse Adelman and Matthew Levy last Thursday to discuss their proposed development of the site of the former Finnerty’s Restaurant at the corner of Main and West Plain streets. Following an initial meeting with Adelman and Levy on July 12, the newly formed Design Review Board, which acts in an advisory capacity to the Planning Board, issued a detailed response to the proposal to create “Finnerty’s Village,” a mixed use retail and office complex consisting of two buildings.
