Cape Cod Times 7/5/12: Charges won't be filed in fatal Dennis crash.  Motor vehicle homicide charges against Michael Gocksch, 22, in the death of his girlfriend in a Dennis car crash will not be filed following a hearing in Orleans District Court today, according to a court clerk.

State police sought charges against Gocksch, of New York, following a May 26th crash on Route 6 that killed Marina Keegan of Wayland, a 2012 Yale University graduate.

Following today's hearing, a clerk magistrate decided there was not probable cause to issue a complaint against Gocksch in the case.
