Wayland Town Crier 7/3/12: Wayland High grad dies after courageous battle with leukemia. Eric Nicholas Fedele Chase died peacefully surrounded by his devoted parents on Thursday, June 28 at the age of 21, following a courageous battle with leukemia, which was diagnosed in December 2011.

A memorial service celebrating Chase’s life will be held on Saturday, July 7 at 11am at First Parish in Wayland, 50 Cochituate Road (routes 27 and 20), Wayland Center. A reception at the church will follow the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts in his memory may be sent to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (www.lls.org) or to Don Chase’s Pan-Mass Challenge fundraising account (www.pmc.org/egifts) (ID No. 27039-3).
