Wayland Town Crier 5/28/12: Wayland resident wins Econometics Prize. Kaitlin Karlson of Wayland, a junior at Connecticut College in New London, Conn., was awarded the Econometics Prize, given for the best intro econometrics student in 2011. Karlson was presented with the award at the annual Honors & Awards ceremony at Connecticut College on May 1. A 2009 graduate of Wayland High School, she is the daughter of James and Cherry Karlson of Wayland.
