A chance to try yoga: four classes for adults at Claypit Hill School

A series of four Yoga for Adults classes is starting next Monday, April 30, 2012, at Claypit Hill School from 4-5pm. Dates for the four classes are:  April 30, May 14 and 21, and June 11. Community members are invited to participate. Nancy Wind, a Wayland resident, is the instructor. She has been teaching yoga in the MetroWest area since 2004 and has 25 years of experience as a special education teacher.

Through the class, participants will develop greater clarity, find inner strength and discover yoga's many benefits. Wind integrates her studies, her own practice, and class experiences to develop Vinyasa Flow classes that unite posture, breath, and mindfulness. Minimum enrollment for the class is six students.

Wayland School Community Programs, Community Education, is offering the class. The program fee is $52 for the four classes. Participants need to wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat and water bottle. To register, call 508-655-6403 or go to the website for a program description and registration/waiver form.
