Wayland Patch 4/20/12: Residents, Officials Celebrate Wayland Town Center Groundbreaking. In the middle of piles of brown dirt studded with the tracks of heavy equipment, white tents shaded rows of chairs filled with members of the Wayland community excited to be a part of the official groundbreaking for Wayland Town Center.

Wayland Town Crier 4/21/12: Ground finally broken in Wayland Town Center project. After a painstaking six-year permitting process, ground was finally broken yesterday on the Wayland Town Center project which will bring shops and office space, as many as 100 housing units and creation of a 2-acre town green.
