Wayland Patch 4/10/12: Wayland PD Makes Arrest in March Home Burglary. Wayland Police have arrested a 40-year-old Boston subcontractor on charges he stole a large amount of jewelry and other items from a Wayland Hills Road home on March 18. Det. Sgt. Jamie Berger said Giacomo Cincotti of 115 Tudor Street #9 in South Boston, was arrested March 9 after an interview during which Cincotti confessed to the burglary.
