Wayland Patch 4/10/12: Photo Video Store Seized for Failure to Pay Taxes. Two bright orange signs on the windows of Wayland's Photo Video Store inform customers that the shop has been "Seized." According to the signs, which appear to have been posted at the direction of the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, the shop has been "seized for nonpayment of taxes and is now in the possession of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts."
