NECN 3/6/12: Polling sites open in Mass.. Polling sites across 10 states, including Massachusetts and Vermont, open on Tuesday, for one of the biggest primary events of the year. In the Bay State, voting sites will be open from 7am until- 8pm.

In Wayland, it is expected to be a very busy day. The town has 1,153 registered Republican voters, and just under 5,200 un-enrolled voters – commonly referred to as Independent voters.
