Local band Mid-Life Crisis will be appearing at The Bone (formerly The Chicken Bone Saloon) on Waverly Street in Framingham Thursday, February 9. The band, which features tight harmonies backed up by strong instrumental work, will cover a variety of songs from the categories of Classic Rock, R&B, New Wave, Grunge, and Blues. A favorite in their home town of Wayland, the band has evolved over the past ten years of their existence, recently adding vocalist Gena Rider of Holliston and welcoming Tim Neves of Natick on harmonicas and vocals. Original members Charlie D'Ambrosio, Bob Lutz and Steve Robb were joined in 2008 by James Winokur. The band will donate all its tips to Guitars4Vets, an organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of ailing and injured military veterans by providing them with guitars and music instruction (guitars4vets.org). Music kicks off at 9PM.
