Wayland Patch 11/20/11: Community Support, Weeks of Planning Came Together for ‘Keep on Sparkling’. Fashion will find a home at Sandy Burr Country Club on Nov. 26 when weeks of work hit the runway for the Keep on Sparkling: Moving Forward in the Spirit of Lauren Dunne Astley fashion show and fundraiser. WBZ anchor Jonathan Elias is hosting the event and super model Brent Zachery will serve as emcee. For entertainment, guests will enjoy music by the band AER (featuring WHS alumni Carter Schultz and David von Mering). The luncheon event will feature hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased on the memorial fund website.
