Join the Boy Scouts in Wayland – Live the Adventure

Troop One is starting the new season and invites you to check us out at one of our meetings. We gather every Wednesday, 7pm at the Scout House next to the Wayland Town Beach.

Boy Scouting is for boys who are 11 through 17 years old. Boys experience a vigorous outdoor program and peer group leadership with the counsel of an adult Scoutmaster to achieve the BSA's objectives of developing character, citizenship, and personal fitness. Camping, fun with friends — and more. It’s the adventure of a lifetime.

Activities this year include camping trips to Mt Washington, Block Island and Gettysburg, hiking many of the high peaks of New England, community service projects, first aid training, learning to cook for you and your patrol, sailing, boating, leadership development programs and more fun than you can imagine.  Our Scouts are able to do all this and play school sports and other activities as we have a yearlong flexible plan.

For more information please contact Scoutmaster Peter Bachman at 508 358 9112 or Troop Chairman Matt Karpacz at 617 480 7082
