Wayland Patch 9/9/11: Support Jeffs Place, Bid on Nantucket Getaway. Jeff's Place, a Wayland-based organization providing free support groups and services to children, teens and families coping with a death loss, has a unique opportunity for the highest bidder! At our "Hope Grows Here" fundraiser in June, our top live auction item was a Nantucket get-away over Columbus Day Weekend (valued at $3,000). Due to unforseen circumstances, the original highest bidder is unable to utilize it so we are now accepting new bids.

About the getaway to 22 Sheep Pond Road, Madaket: Four days, three Nights in this romantic beach getaway. The private setting is just a minutes walk to the ocean. The relaxing master bedroom suite also has its own deck. There are two, double twin bed bedrooms that share a bath and a private Nanny/In-law level. The main floor has a state-of-the-art kitchen, a dining room and a living room with a cathedral ceiling and fireplace. The house sleeps eight.
