Wayland Town Crier 8/26/11: Alcohol charges dropped against Wayland man accused of murder. A Wayland man accused of killing his ex-girlfriend in July was scheduled to be arraigned yesterday on an underage drinking charge in Framingham District Court, but a judge dismissed the case.
Nathaniel Fujita, 18, was charged with being a minor in possession of liquor after Wayland Police interrupted an underage drinking and marijuana party on May 27 on Green Way, authorities say.
Prosecutor Jonathan Sahrbeck filed a formal request to drop the charge, called a nolle prosequi, with Judge Douglas Stoddart. The judge granted the move.
