(with video). 18-year-old murder suspect Nate Fujita stood in a Wayland High School football T-shirt as the prosecutor told the judge the evidence is strong that he killed his high school girlfriend Lauren Astley. The pair had been dating for about three years, but recently broke up. On Sunday, Lauren vanished after she went to meet Nate at his home in Wayland. Her body was found Monday morning — strangled with a bungee cord, and left in this swampy marshland across town. When police searched Nate's home, they found bloody bungee cords in the garage, blood in the kitchen, and bloody clothes and sneakers hidden in a crawl space in his bedroom.
