A reminder to all citizens that Town Building and other town department offices are closed on Monday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day.

The Library is closed beginning on Friday, July 1 at 5:00 p.m. through the holiday weekend. It re-opens on Tuesday, July 5 at 9:00 a.m. For more information on library programs and events, visit www.waylandlibrary.org.

The Transfer Station is open for regular hours this weekend – Saturday, July 2 from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Tuesday, July 5 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. A reminder to obtain your FY2012 transfer station permit. For more information, visit the Transfer Station page under Town Departments – DPW.

However, the Town Beach is open with regular summer hours throughout the weekend – 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. For more information, visit the Recreation Department page.
