Wayland Police Investigation Results in Prostitution Charges

Wayland Patch 5/25/11: Wayland Police Investigation Results in Prostitution Charges. An April investigation by Wayland Police resulted in charges related to prostitution for two individuals. According to a police press release, Amy McPherson, 34, of 106 Main Street #307 has been charged with sexual conduct for a fee, her second such charge in less than a year-and-a-half. William Hassan of 50 Highland Street in Medway has been charged with solicitation of prostitution.

Wayland Town Crier 5/26/11: Wayland woman charged with prostitution in public housing again.  A Wayland woman who admitted to working as a prostitute last year has been charged with prostituting herself again in the same Wayland Housing Authority apartment.  Amy McPherson, 32, of 106 Main St., will be summoned to appear in Framingham District Court on one count of sexual conduct for a fee, police said.  An alleged customer, William Hassan, 57, of 50 Highland St., Medway, will also be summoned to court for solicitation of prostitution, police said.  Police Chief Robert Irving said police began investigating McPherson in April after neighbors' complaints about activity at McPherson's apartment.
