During the Month of April 2011, The Wayland Police Department conducted an investigation into prostitution that had been reported during the month. The prostitution investigation focused on #106 Main Street in Wayland. This has been the focus of a past investigation into the same illegal behavior.

 

During the investigation, the Wayland Police Department identified two (2) defendants who have been charged at Framingham District Court. The first, Amy L. McPherson (2/24/1977) of 106 Main Street #307, Wayland has been charged with Sexual Conduct for a fee G.L 272, S. 53A. The second individual, who was identified as William Hassan of 50 Highland Street, Medway has been charged with Solicitation of prostitution.

 

Both individuals were summoned to Framingham District Court.

 

The Wayland Police Department will continue to investigate these cases and urges the public to call our anonymous tip line at 508-358-1726 to report any suspicious activity in the future.
