A Special Olympics coach was arraigned yesterday on charges that he repeatedly slapped his mentally disabled adult son for playing poorly during a tennis match in Wayland on Saturday, police said. George L. Chin, 63, of Mattapoisett, denied the allegations in Framingham District Court yesterday and said he was baffled by the charges.
