Wayland Town Crier 3/23/11: Man ordered to house arrest after drunken driving charge in Wayland. A Middlesex Superior Court clerk ordered a Watertown man to house arrest after his arraignment Monday. Patrick Murningham, 54, of 134 Fayette St., is charged with driving under the influence of liquor, fifth offense, and driving with a suspended license. Murningham pleaded not guilty, and Clerk Magistrate Matthew Day released him without bail. He also ordered Murningham to be under 24-hour house arrest and to have a device attached to his phone that can monitor if he is drinking.
