Wayland Patch 3/18/11: Young Democrats of Massachusetts Organize in Wayland Area.   During this past election cycle, MetroWest saw an unprecedented level of political organizing and campaign activity. In particular, MetroWest re-elected Sen. Karen Spilka and Rep. Tom Sannicandro while also helping push statewide Democratic candidates over the top. In order to continue to secure the reelection of Democratic politicians at the statewide and local levels, the Young Democrats of Massachusetts is seeking to bolster organizing efforts by starting a regional chapter in MetroWest.
