Wayland Patch 3/15/11: Police Log: March 11-14, 2011. At about 3:30 a.m. Monday morning, a caller at 30 Lake Road reported mailbox vandalism. Shortly after, according to a media release, Wayland Police stopped a car on Malden Lane containing five individuals from Wayland. In the vehicle, police also found and confiscated an aluminum baseball bat that is believed to have been used in the mailbox destruction.
