Wayland Patch 2/2/11: Selectmen Appoint Chair for Dudley Conservation Committee. Selectmen unanimously approved Patricia Reinhardt has chair of the Dudley Area Advisory Committee during a meeting Monday night.

Reinhardt interviewed for the position last week due to scheduling conflicts, but it wasn’t until this meeting that Selectmen discussed her qualifications and voted their approval.

They praised Reinhardt’s educational credentials and were optimistic about her ability to create consensus among other committee members. The Dudley Area Conservation Committee is tasked with recommending a plan for cleaning up Dudley Pond, addressing septic issues there and ultimately what to do with seven acres of land by the pond.
