Wayland Town Crier 1/18/11: Foxhound moved out of Wayland. With a search warrant in hand, police went to a Garden Path home Friday to seize a troublesome foxhound only to find that its owner has secreted the dog out of town. In an interview yesterday, Mark Frishman would not say where Laska is, but he confirmed the dog is not in Wayland. Wayland Police recently issued a criminal complaint against Frishman after authorities saw the dog running loose in town Jan. 6. Last May, selectmen voted to banish the dog after receiving nearly 20 complaints dating back to November 2007. The dog ran unleashed several times and bit two people, officials said.
