Seattle man in custody for 2004 breaking and entering

Wayland Town Crier 12/17/10: Seattle man in custody for 2004 breaking and entering. Mark T. Miller, 50, of 2922 39th Ave. Southwest, Seattle, Wash., has been charged by Wayland Police with being a fugitive from justice, breaking and entering in the nighttime, destruction of property, larceny from a building, larceny over $250, and possession of burglarious tools. According to Wayland Police, Mark T. Miller was arrested for breaking and entering into the Wayland Country Club on March 6, 2004. After his arrest, Miller posted bail and later fled Massachusetts to Seattle, Wash. Over six years later, on Sept. 17, 2010, Seattle authorities had arrested Miller for shoplifting. The Wayland Police along with the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office were able to secure a governor’s warrant for Miller as he would not waive extradition to Massachusetts. On Dec. 15, 2010, Miller appeared at Middlesex Superior Court with his attorney and was taken into custody. He is currently being held without bail.
