You are all invited to attend our ninth annual Patriotic Football Game on Friday, November 12, at 7pm.  It is a very special game because not only is it our last home football game of the season, but it will also feature our annual Patriotic Half Time Show!  At half time our local heroes: Wayland Veterans, Fire, Police, and EMT will take the field and present our nation's colors.  The WHS Pep Band will perform "God Bless America" with guest vocalist Dick Close from the Golden Tones.  There will also be a moment of silence where junior trumpeter Erik Halperin will perform taps.  This is an opportunity to honor those who have protected, and continue to protect, our freedoms and safety.  Wayland High School is a place where all generations within our community can come together and celebrate our past, present, and future.
