Wayland Town Crier 11/10/10: Expect wide range of articles at special Town Meeting. Wayland voters will decide on 14 articles at special Town Meeting this month that range from zoning bylaw changes and water main improvements to historical preservation and a conservation feasibility study. Special Town Meeting begins at 7:30pm on Tuesday, November 16 at the Wayland Middle School gymnasium, a change of venue due to the construction of the new High School.
