Town of Wayland 11/3/10: Unofficial Results have been posted on the Town Clerk's page. Wayland had 72% voter turnout. The Town supported Gov. Deval Patrick more solidly than the state as a whole, with Patrick winning 54% of the town's vote (compared with 41% for Baker and 3% Cahill, 1% Stein). The Town also solidly rejected Question 3 (to cut the sales tax) by a margin of 63%-36%. Wayland also rejected Question 1 (eliminating the sales tax on alcohol) 58-40%, though the state as a whole passed that measure.
