You like cheese and you like wine, but pairing them can be daunting. This one-night seminar helps take the mystery out of cheese and wine selections. You'll learn how to navigate a cheese counter, find out what wine works best for you, and discover how adding different fruits and food can greatly improve cheese experience. Seminar includes samplings of local and imported artisan cheeses, wines, and breads.   Cost is $45.   Minimum of 10 participants.

Instructed by Rick Lombardi of The Vin Bin.   Rick Lombardi is the creator of The Vin Bin, a wine and cheese specialty store that has brought the world of artisan cheese and fine wine to Marlborough.
