Town Center developer, board approach compromise on traffic

Boston Globe 9/16/10: Town Center developer, board approach compromise on traffic. The developers of the Town Center project in Wayland and the town’s Historic District Commission are working on a traffic improvement agreement that could allow the long-stalled plan to move forward.
