There is a second gas main break that occurred this morning. Police have stationed an officer at Old Connecticut Path and Route #27 and they are directing people going to the Groundbreaking to enter from the Maiden Lane side of Old Connecticut Path. The Groundbreaking Ceremony is still on, but may be delayed for a few minutes to give everyone a chance to take the detour around.
