Metrowest Daily News 6/7/10: A thunderous finale in Wayland. The forces of nature helped underscore the drama of an already emotional Wayland High graduation yesterday. As wind and rain pounded the side of the field house, lightning flashes punctuated each speech; thunderous applause from the assembled company rivaled the claps of thunder outside. High School Principal Patrick Tutwiler presented the Class of 2010, telling them, "You're here, you made it." He also reminded them, "Do what makes you happy, but I challenge you to think carefully about what makes you happy."
