The Friends of the Wayland Public Library will sponsor their Spring Book and Bake Sale on Saturday, May 15, from 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. and Sunday, May 16, from 12:00-4:00 p.m. There will also be a preview for members of the Friends on Friday, May 14, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Memberships will be available at the sale starting at 5:30 p.m. All proceeds will be used to fund projects sponsored by the Friends.
NEW LOCATION: Because the Library is closed due to flooding, the sale will be held in the Large Hearing Room in the Wayland Town Building, 41 Cochituate Road.
No internet devices or cell phones will be permitted in the sale area.
Donations of books will be only accepted during set-up in the Large Hearing Room on Wednesday, May 12, and Thursday, May 13. Donations of baked goods will be accepted from Friday until the end of the sale on Sunday.
