NECN 3/31/10: Duck Boats to the rescue!. [With Video] Flooding remains a major concern in Wayland, Massachusetts. The Duck Boats are back at it, helping residents get through the floodwaters. The rain has let up for the most part in town, but the flooding remains. Roads are still closed and cars are still having considerable trouble getting through. Wayland had just recovered from the rains of two weeks ago when this latest storm hit. The Duck Boats will help residents through Friday.
