In what promises to be a great evening of family entertainment, three popular college a cappella groups—University of Oregon’s On the Rocks, UMASS Dynamics and the Mount Holyoke Diversions—will perform at Wayland Middle School Friday, March 26.
One of the groups, the Mount Holyoke Diversions, features a Wayland High School alumnus and former Muse: Jennifer Walsh (Class of ’07). Wayland High School’s own a cappella groups—the Madrigals, Muses and Testostertones—will also be performing.
The concert starts at 7:30 p.m. in the Wayland Middle School auditorium. Tickets are $15 and are on sale at Russell’s Garden Center in Wayland and the Wayland High School main office. Buy your tickets early for what is likely to be a sell-out performance. The event is sponsored by CAPA, the Creative Arts Parents Association. Proceeds support performing and visual arts at Wayland High School.
