Wayland Town Crier 12/21/09: Repairs completed at Cochituate Village Apartments, including the ornate entablature over the Main Street entrance and the decorative parapet trim along the top of the building. The Wayland Housing Authority is sprucing up the apartments in preparation of the upcoming 100th anniversary of the Cochituate School building in 2010. Repairs were paid for by a grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
