Alert Message-H1N1 Community Vaccination Clinic
WHEN: Thursday December 3, 5-7pm
WHERE: Town Building
First come, first served. This clinic is for all children aged 6 months to 18 years, children aged 6-17 who have an underlying medical condition, plus parents and caregivers with children less than 6 months in their homes. Proof of residence and proof of high-risk medical conditions (inhaler for asthma, letter from doctor, for example) for high risk categories will be required.
