The holiday season is the perfect time to help out a child who might otherwise not have new clothes or toys this year. For the next four weeks, Temple Shir Tikva will be distributing holiday wish lists from children who live in shelters in the Metrowest area to participating individuals and families. If you are interested in participating in this program, you can sign up to sponsor one or more children by contacting Mimi Facher at 508-358-6088 or m_facher@comcast.net. Sponsors are asked to purchase three wish list items for each child they are sponsoring. (Gift certificates are welcome too!)
All gifts will be collected at Temple Shir Tikva at 141 Boston Post Road in Wayland on Sunday, December 6th between 9 AM and 1:15 PM. Wrapping paper is always welcome as well. The deadline for requesting a wish list is December 1st.
