After a prolonged period of turmoil and personnel changes, the Wayland Board of Assessors office may be on track to perform more accurate, consistent property valuations and regain public credibility, according to Harald Scheid, president of the Regional Resource Group (RRG), a consulting company retained last year to examine the town’s assessment practices and propose ways of improving them.
