Wayland Town Crier 10/21/09: Nike site developers return $35,000 to town. The developer of The Residences at 89 Oxbow has sent a check to the town of Wayland for $35,000 for repayment of Community Preservation Act (CPA) funds derived from savings accrued during development.

According to Peter W. Smith of Oxbow Partners, all units have been occupied as of Oct. 1, “and a very energetic collection of new homeowners are very proud to call Wayland home.
