Lst week at the Wayland Town Building, town employees attended the Healthy Grilling Class offered by Silverman and Uliss, owner of Firefly’s Bodacious Bar-B-Que and Beyond restaurants in Framingham, Marlborough and Quincy. Following a flurry of e-mails, the class’s two sessions sold out in 47 minutes.
