Wayland Town Crier 4/15/09: Six ‘watchdog citizens’ denied new award. Town meeting passed the first eight articles on the first night, including Article 7 which provided funding for a feasibility and schematic design for Wayland High School. Article 2 was amended to send the suggestion of the Public Ceremonies Committee of a new honor named after Lydia Marie Child to the Selectmen for review and report.
