Schedule at MetroWest Free Medical Program

The MetroWest Free Medical Program is now offering a free monthly Diabetes Program. For patients with new or previously diagnosed diabetes, come on Tuesday, March 17 to meet with an endocrinologist (diabetes doctor) and diabetes educator to learn about blood sugar control, diet and self-care. Free glucometers and testing strips are available and training is provided. This is a walk-in service; no appointments are necessary. For more information call 508-532-0739 or visit their website. The MetroWest Free Medical Program is open Tuesday evenings 6-8pm for walk-in care at Congregation Beth El, 105 Hudson Road, Sudbury. No appointments are needed.
The March calendar of services is as follows:

  • March 10 – Program closed
  • March 17 – General care for adults and children, psychiatry, diabetes clinic
  • March 24 – General care for adults and children, orthopedics
  • March 31 – General care for adults and children, orthopedics, dermatology, psychiatry

Our Framingham site is open Thursday evenings and select Friday afternoons for women’s health care and vision care at 110 Edgell Road in Framingham. Those services are by appointment only; call 508-532-8585 to schedule an appointment.
