The boards of selectmen in Wayland and Sudbury signed an agreement this week to share a recreation director, a fiscally advantageous move that Wayland Town Manager Fred Turkington called “a win-win for both towns.” Nancy McShea, the current Park & Recreation director in Wayland, will become recreation director for Sudbury and Wayland on July 1, splitting her 40-hour work week equally between the towns.
