Wayland Town Crier 3/4/09: Wayland resident to perform with Boston Civic Symphony. The Boston Civic Symphony will present an afternoon of classical masterpieces in celebration of Felix Mendelssohn’s bicentennial on Sunday, March 8 at 3pm at New England Conservatory’s Jordan Hall in Boston. The concert will be preceded by a free lecture at 2pm, given by Steven Ledbetter. Among the performers will be Charlie Anderson of Wayland, a trumpet player for the orchestra.
