The Before-School program (BASE) offered at Loker, Claypit Hill, and Happy Hollow Schools now has openings. All three programs open at 7 am; the Kindergarten program ends at 8:45 am when the school day begins and the Grades 1-5 program ends at 8:30 a.m. Children may come on a drop-in (24 hours notice preferred) or a contract basis. Each site offers different activities. Children play games in the gym, catch up on homework, enjoy breakfast periodically, play board games, draw or do arts and crafts, and sometimes have computer time.
